Confederacy: end of the alliance, beginning of something bigger

As of now, especially with the leaving of TMC, the New Order as we know it shall be dismantled, and a Confederate of guilds shall be created. All guilds who wish to join may retain individual guild independence and namesake, here is a draft of our articles of confederation, if anyone has questions contact KRossVD or Admiral Yvor ingame and as for joining our tag is [-NO]:

Articles of Confederation

I The stile of this guild shall henceforth be "Guilds of The New Order Confederacy"

II A council shall be formed, henceforth know as the New Order Council. This council shall be made up of no more than two members from each guild. The New Order Council's powers shall include those of pacts, war, and interguild relationships. Council Members shall elect a Council Leader that can act on the New Order Council's behalf until a proper vote can be held. A Council Leader must be nominated by another council member and he must have a vote of over half to be elected. A Council Leader may also be impeached by a vote of at least two thirds of Council Members.

III Each guild retains its own sovereignty, independence, and freedom, and all powers and rights associated with them expect those which are granted to the New Order Council

IV The said Guilds hereby enter into a firm league of friendship with each other, for their common defense, the security of their liberties, and their mutual and general welfare, binding themselves to assist each other, against all force offered to, or attacks made upon them, or any of them, on account of game views, sovereignty, trade, or any other pretense whatsoever.

V If a conflict arises, all guilds shall send aid in the way of fleet unless a justifiable reason is to be found by the New Order Council.

VI Every guild shall abide by the determination of the New Order Council, on all questions which by this confederation are submitted to them. And the Articles of this Confederation shall be inviolably observed by every guild, and the Union shall be perpetual; nor shall any alteration at any time hereafter be made in any of them; unless such alteration be agreed to in the New Order Council, and be afterwards confirmed by the legislatures of every guild.
