Becoming Stronger

As of now many of our guilds are fairly weak on our own, and alliances can only do do much. We should become more powerful by merging into one guild. Now please do not dismiss this like just another merge offer, Everyone can keep control of all individuals in your current guild and any you recruit with your own names and you will all be given your individual tab to share, so this would be more of a confederation than anything else, you would be giving up almost nothing and gaining so much!
