It seems nobody is talking on this forum, have we died already and become an alliance only in name?

I think what we need to do is overhaul our logicitics. The fact is we are crap at organizing this.

What we need to do is organize what each guild is capable of doing to aid the other member guilds. As it stands I've never discussed the terms of membership in this Alliance with ant other member besides 'helping out'.

Politics in AE is more complicated than it seems to be. I'm going to start a new thread to better discuss this issue.

This Alliance must change, we need to reorganize it, Reko is right, KRossVD too!
I will not allow this Alliance to decline
We should modify this forum, our communications with other guildmembers, and put several rules to improve the Alliance, 3 guilds have leaved the New Order

But I cant do it alone, I need help
GMs help me to rise again this New Order, we are separating us!

Wedge is right, and I think it is this attack against Ninjuh that has rejuvenated us and shown us who is truly committed to this alliance, we need to cut the fat and reorganize, and I will help in anyway I can.

This may sound harsh but we need to streamline this alliance AKA getting rid of all guild's not loyal to the alliance, if they won't ever help than there's no point in keeping them in the alliance

First of all, who is even still in The New Order? I know for sure that UGSN TMC $N-R$ and -RL- are still loyal but what about all the others?
